Your first appointment

For your first appointment, please remember to bring:

  • Your referral from your GP or specialist
  • Any previous investigations – Imaging etc.
  • Medicare card
  • Private health fund information
  • Identification – Drivers licence, passport or recognised photo ID.

If you have a scheduled procedure

If you have been scheduled for a procedure, you will be advised on:

  • The procedure (by Dr Sinnathamby when he takes your consent)
  • Anaesthetic assessments
  • Time to arrive to hospital
  • Admission procedures
  • Fasting times
  • Cost estimate.
